Qualis Exclusive is a garden grill consisting of a two-level base – the lower one, made of 2 mm high quality corten steel, and the upper one – made of wood impregnated with special Japanese Shou Sugi Ban technique which significantly increases the wood’s resistance to adverse weather conditions.
Qualis Exclusive is a well-rounded, durable alternative to stone grills and fireplaces, which sometimes tend to break in the autumn and winter due to low temperatures and frequent rain or snowfalls. The grill is extremely resistant to changing weather conditions due to the properties of corten steel – the appropriate selection of alloying elements causes copper oxides to release on the surface of products made of corten in the form of a thin coating. This coating, however, is completely tight, durable and does not process deeper into the material, thus there is no loss of sheet thickness, and there is no flaking. Therefore, products made of corten steel are very durable and require very little maintenance.
We are most certain that the Qualis Exclusive grill will serve in excellent condition for many seasons. It can remain outdoors without worries, even outside the season of use, since both corten steel and wood impregnated with the Shou Sugi Ban technique are extremely long-lasting materials.
